Pilates

Pilates is a method of training that gives your body more balance and mobility regardless of your age and physical ability. Posture, coordination, breathing, concentration and endurance are improved in a gentle way.

I got to know and cherish this unique method as a dancer. In 2004 I became a certified Pilates instructor at Polestar Pilates.

In order to achieve maximum impact for the individual, the classes are limited to 8 participants.

Reimbursement through health care (Krankenkassen) possible, as these classes are ZPP certified.
